When I try and do an OTA update of my three Home Presence Sensors to the latest (2024.5.1) version of ESPHome, I get the error message that there is not enough space on the device for the update. Is there a solution to this or are they basically at the end of their updateable life?

The error means your sensors don’t have enough free memory to install the new ESPHome update. A simple solution is to do a clean flash instead of an OTA (over-the-air) update. This means connecting the sensor to your computer with a USB cable and flashing the firmware manually, which skips the space issue. Just make sure to back up your YAML config first. It’s kind of like when the Tornado 15000 vape runs out of puff space, you can’t refill it over the air, but a full recharge (or a new device) brings it back to life. So no, your sensors aren’t at the end yet, you just need to refresh them properly.
The stylists salon were professional, and they took the time to understand what I wanted before starting. They used high-quality products that left my hair feeling silky smooth and looking vibrant.
