I am trying to use this controller with either a WS2815 or SK6512. This controller has RGBW inputs and neither of my lightstrips have separate rgb wires. They have Red (power) ground and data or back-up data. Will this controller work with either of my lightstrips?

You bought the wrong box. That will only run RGB lights. You need something like this: https://www.athom.tech/blank-1/wled-esp32-music-addressable-led-strip-controller
