I have an Athom Led controller, but when I turn it on, it does not transmit the energy to the tape, at the input by a meter consisting of 12v, at the output, the meter does not show anything, and this occurred when I did a factory reset on it, before that everything was fine, so I believe it is some configuration, can anyone help?
